How long does the coaching last?

It depends on your goal. A reasonable duration is 6 months. Lasting and long-term results take time.

Do I need a gym membership?

I create training plans tailored to your goals and preferences, depending on where you would like to train. There is also the option to train at my gym for free.

How long does a personal training session last?

Each personal training session lasts around 60 minutes, allowing enough time for a focused and effective workout.

What if I'm sick?

If you are feeling unwell, you can cancel your training session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Is it also suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome. You’ve already made the decision to start, and I will support and motivate you every step of the way.
